1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Bites of Bliss, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Order and Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are shown in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via Cashfree. Your payment details are encrypted and not stored directly on our servers.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter the "Cooking" phase. Once food preparation has begun, we cannot offer refunds. If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery for a resolution.
